Patient Information and Clinical Trials

C.A.R.E. Clinical Research is currently conducting clinical trials and studies of the diseases emphysema, COPD, asthma, chronic bronchitis, hypertension, DVT and atrial fibrillation in the St. Louis Missouri and Illinois Area. Questions and concerns are a natural part of investigational drug studies, clinical trials and medical research. This section tries to answer some of these questions for both patients and sponsors of clinical trials. You may view our current drug studies and contact us if you are interested in learning more. A FAQ for patients seeking more information and for sponsors recruiting new investigational sites is provided.

Antithrombotic Therapy

CareInternet.net sponsors a detailed primer on antithrombotic therapy for caregivers. Many anticoagulation drugs and therapies are discussed. In the future more primers will be added for caregivers. This resource can be printed out and you may contact CareInternet.net with any questions you might have about the therapies and indications. Click the antithrombotic therapy link at the top of the page to view each educational module in order. You may print each section individually or view the entire discussion on one page for easy printing. An example of a sample case is presented at the end of the warfarin module. You may test your knowledge by completing the test and then move on to the discussion to see how the physician diagnosed and treated the patient.
